Hearing Extras is owned and operated by the Hearing Depot, thus we follow their terms and conditions of sales:

• All sales include a 30-day from purchase date refund policy.
• Hearing Extras will not tolerate hateful language or behavior from customers during the sales process.
• Hearing Extras reserves the right to cancel orders or refunds if a customer cannot be contacted regarding their order or if a promised delivery date cannot be met.
